Wedding day of coordination Service
What is Included in Your Wedding Day of Coordination?
Three (3) virtual meetings to discuss details and 1 site visit
Setup and coordination of basic tabletop items (signage, table numbers, easels, guestbook, card box, reserved signs) we do not hang things or get up on ladders (that is left up to the professionals)
Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging
Management of all transportation logistics for guests and wedding party
Coordination with venue staff
Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for
(1) Event assistants on site day-of
Assistance in advising & handling of any gratuities and final payments on the day-of (Planner + Assistant)
Emergency kit on the day-of
Bridal concierge to be with you while getting ready for up to 1.5 hours during glam to keep things organized and on track
Greeting guests and helping with the flow of the event
Rearranging schedule of events or replacement of items if any issues arise on the day-of behind the scenes
Handling any last minute emergencies to the best of our ability so you can enjoy your day
Oversee breakdown of event and ensure all personal items are returned to client. *Breakdown does not include clean up of venue. For example: breaking down of tables and chairs, picking up of guests/party trash, cleaning bathrooms, gathering left over food, etc.
